The sell-out, ‘Balance The Board: Accelerating Change Conference’ is back for it's third year running and this year it promises to be bigger and better than ever. 

We are back on Tuesday October 15th 2024 and at a fabulous new venue - the Odeon Luxe Cinema, Leicester Square!

Designed for Board and C-level professionals, founders and advocates from the hospitality, travel, leisure, retail and consumer sectors, the conference brings together subject matter experts and industry leaders seeking to learn how to drive positive change in their organisations.

This informative and interactive event covers key themes such as the importance of a balanced board, how inclusion drives high performing teams, the power of mentoring, investment and entrepreneurship, building psychological safety, behavioural and structural inclusion, active allyship and the power of a growth mindset. With a focus on advancing gender equity, we also explore the intersectionality with all dimensions of diversity including social mobility, age, veterans, LGBTQIA+, ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity.
